Broadford Overview

The Broadford State Motorcycle Sports Complex in Victoria is located approximately 88kms from Melbourne at 260 Strath Creek Rd, Broadford

The Broadford Road Circuit track which we run our events on is 2.16km long with great elevation changes and tricky corners.

Fun fact: There are 8 tracks Motorbike tracks on this 96-hectare complex!

Important information about Broadford

Arrival

  • The gates will open at 7:15am. The earlier you are there, the faster we can sign you in, scrutineer your car and give you maximum track time.
  • Please leave the first 3 carports opposite the blue sign in office for the organisers. If you park there, you will be asked to move.
  • The remaining carports will be available for use however, there will not be enough for everyone. Car ports are available on a first come first serve basis. If you do not have a bay, you will need to set up in the open parking area. Drivers who are able to obtain a covered garage, please allow those parked in the open areas to store their belongings undercover if they ask.
  • All trailers to be left in the gravel car park.

Driver and Car

  • Drivers sign in and licence checks will be done in the morning in the blue sign in office. You will need a physical or digital copy of your valid AASA licence. We no longer accept MA licences.
  • Timing transponders will also be available for collection at the sign in office.
  • Your car will be scrutineered in your parking area.
  • Ensure your vehicle is ready to be checked over as soon as possible after you arrive and park, including removing any loose items, pop the bonnet and hatch, and leave your helmet on your driver’s seat.
  • Helmets and securely mounted fire extinguishers are mandatory.
  • Drivers briefing will be at 8:30am outside the sign in office. If you miss the drivers briefing you will not be allowed on track.

Food and Other

  • The onsite canteen will be open on the day from 7:30am to 2:00pm. Please support your local and purchase some food from them!
  • Everyone who will be helping us to run the event this weekend are volunteers. Any bad attitude or aggression towards volunteers or attendees will not be tolerated. You will be permanently banned from all events.
  • Please drive courteously and observe the road rules around Broadford. We do not want any negative attention or feedback from our event.
  • Spectators are welcome and there is no cost to watch the event.
  • Strictly no pets allowed. Children are to be supervised at all times and not to ride bikes/scooters etc.
