Bryant Park Overview

Bryant Park Hill Climb also known as Haunted Hills is located approximately 142kms from Melbourne located on Bill Schultz Dr, Yallourn VIC 

The track is 1.4km with significant elevation changes and can be run in a variety of different configurations such as the outer loop or figure 8.

Fun Fact: With multiple viewing platforms this is one of the most spectator friendly events we run!

Important information about Bryant Park

Arrival

  • The track is located on Bill Schultz Dr, Yallourn VIC 3825. Bill Schulz drive is a public road, do not drive your unregistered vehicle beyond the confines of the Bryant Park gate.
  • The gates will open at 7:15am. The earlier you are there, the faster we can sign you in, scrutineer your car, conduct drivers briefing and give you maximum track time.
  • Competitors will be required to park in the open air car parks (unless you have paid for a garage). Trailers must be unloaded and parked in the specified area. Spectators must park in the designated areas. 

Driver and Car

  • You will receive an email with your run order, please make sure you are aware of which car number you are in the order and let us know if there is an issue with the run order, such as a clash of double driven cars.
  • Drivers sign in and licence checks will be done in the morning in the sign in office. You will need a physical or digital copy of your valid AASA licence. We will no longer accept MA licences.
  • Your car will be scrutineered in your parking area.
  • Ensure your vehicle is ready to be checked over as soon as possible after you arrive and park, including removing any loose items, pop the bonnet and boot, and leave your helmet on your driver’s seat.
  • Long sleeve clothing, helmets and securely mounted fire extinguishers are mandatory.
  • Drivers briefing will be at 8:30am inside the sign in office. If you miss the drivers briefing you will not be allowed on track.

Food and Other

  • There is no food available on site, so bring your own lunch or prepare to go on an outing to a local establishment after your last run before lunch time.
  • Everyone who will be helping us to run the event this weekend are volunteers. Any bad attitude or aggression towards volunteers or attendees will not be tolerated. You will be permanently banned from all events.
  • Please drive courteously and observe the road rules around Bryant Park. We do not want any negative attention or feedback from our event.
  • Spectators are welcome and there is no cost to watch the event.
  • Strictly no pets allowed. Children are to be supervised at all times and not to ride bikes/scooters etc.
